■ Human Interface Society（Guide to the Society）
○ Overview of the Human Interface Society
The Human Interface Society was founded on January 13, 1999, with the slogan: “the 21st Century is the century of people, and the technology required to achieve this is the human interface”. The purpose of the society is to “make important contributions to the development of academia (scholarship, technology, arts) for the 21st Century” through the various activities carried out by this new society. Since December 16, 2005, it has been approved, and has been actively operating, as a special non-profit organization (NPO).
